Before beginning any work on a site, we work with you to define the scope of the project. This usually involves domain name research and registration, gathering of existing materials, background research, risk and budget analysis, identifying time constraints, and defining maintenance needs for future content changes.

During this stage, we also agree on a single contact - sign-off person on the client-side and usually request a 50 % deposit of the total amount of project, once clear communication has been established.
